*Ingredients for 15 pancakes
°3 eggs
°1/2 liter milk
°250 grams wheat flour
°pinch of salt
°2 bags of vanilla sugar
°2 tbsp. rum
*Dough preparation
Whisk the milk with the eggs. Combine the flour by pouring it into the rain. Add vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add a little rum if you like.
Finishing and seasoning
Beat the mixture with a mixer for 3 minutes. The dough will be light and without lumps.
