Old Banana Pudding


*ingredients:

°1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour

°1 pinch salt

°2 12 cups milk

°1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

°2 egg yolks

°2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

°3 cups sliced ​​banana

°45 vanilla wafer

°4 egg whites

°1⁄4 cup sugar


*Directions :


Blend flour and salt in  saucepan.

Slowly add milk and egg yolks to skillet, stirring constantly over medium heat, until mixture thickens, 7-8 minutes, then remove from heat.Add the vanilla.

Layer banana slice to covering the bottom of  2-quart casserole dish.

Cover bananas with one-third of the pudding mixture, and top with one-third of the vanilla wafers.

Repeat layers of bananas, then pudding, then vanilla wafers.

Do the layers a third time as usual, except not to cover the pudding with foil; Lay the chips around the edges of the casserole, tucked into the pudding.

Beating egg whites at high speed with  mixer to foamy.

Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.

Spread this over the top of the candy to form a seal on the edges.

Bake the pudding at 325 F for 25 minutes or until the meringue is light golden in color.

Let it cool 30 minutes before serving.

Refund unused parts.
