In this shepherd's pie recipe, you'll find an ingredient that makes the difference between a regular shepherd's pie and a great shepherd's pie! *ingredients:
°8 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
°1/2 onion, chopped
°two butter
°454 g (1 lb) ground beef
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) steak seasoning
°125 ml (12 cups) milk
°A box of cream corn
°can of corn kernel, strainer
°100gm grated cheddar cheese
°Salt // ground black pepper
* Methods :
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Boilling potatoes in salt water for 15 min.
In a frying pan, put a piece of butter and fry the onions with minced meat over medium heat until the meat is cooked. Strain the fat if necessary.
Season with Steak Seasoning, Steak & Poor's.
Drain the potatoes and return to the saucepan over the heat, but still hot, to dry them out.
Add the second saucepan of butter (or a little more!) and milk and mash with a potato mound. season generously.
In an ovenproof dish, place the meat mixture on the bottom, corn in the middle, and mashed potatoes on top. It is necessary to form three distinct phases.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, then bake for 30 minutes.
