*ingredients :
°450 gm lean ground beef
°2 onions thinly sliced
°30 ml (2 tsp) olive oil
°1.25 L (5 c) chicken-broth
°1 can (398 ml (14 oz) chopped tomatoes
°1/2 cup (125 ml) dill pickles, sliced (large pickles)
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) ketchup
°15 ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) Worcestershire sauce
°5 ml (1 teaspoon) celery salt
°3/4 cup (75 g) short pasta
°4 hamburger buns
* Preparation :
In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown the meat and onion in the oil, chopping the meat with a wooden spoon. Add the rest of the ingredients except the pasta and bread. Good mixing. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Skim as needed.
Add pasta. Bring mix to a boil again also continue cooking for 12 min . Salt also Pepper.
In broiled skillet over high heat, toast bread on each side. Serve with soup.
