° 1 envelope Au Jus mix
° 1 can French onion soup
° 1 box cream chicken soup
° Half c of hot water
° 1 to 2 pounds steak cubes
+ To thicken the broth:
° 2 tablespoons cornstarch
° 2 tablespoons cold water

The first step:
In your Crockpot, combine French onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup mix, Au Jus mix, and water.
Stir until smooth
The second step:
Place the steaks in a saucepan with the liquid mixture
Cover and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours
Third step:
When the time is up, you need to thicken the broth
In bowl, mixing cornstarch & cold water, stirring well and adding to bowl
The 4 step:
Stirring to mix all ingredients
Replace the lid and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the broth has thickened to the desired consistency.
Fifth step:
Serve over potatoes, rice or crackers
Sprinkle a little fresh chopped parsley on top and serve.
