*ingredients:
° 1 red pepper, sliced
° 1 green pepper, sliced
°1 white onion, sliced
°1 can tomato, cut into cubes
° 2 pounds sirloin steaks, sliced
° 2 teaspoons minced garlic
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Half a cup of hot water
° 1 cube beef broth
° 3 tablespoons soy sauce
° 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar
° 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
°Salt and pepper to taste
*instructions:
The first step:
Heat olive oil in a fry pan
Add the steak to the pan and fry until brown on all sides
The second step:
Dissolve the broth in hot water and pour into the crock pot
Whisk the cornstarch into the stock and water
Third step:
Add Worcestershire, soy sauce and brown sugar to crock pot
Add tomato cubes, salt and pepper
The fourth step:
Add beef and onions
Simmer on low heat for 6 to 7 hours, or on high heat for 3 hours
Fifth step:
Add the pepper slices and cook for an additional hour
Garnish with thinly sliced green onions
Served with a side dish of rice and dinner salad
