*Ingredients:
°3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
°1 cup long grain brown rice
°2 teaspoons sesame oil
°1 tablespoon olive oil
°2 and a half cups of water at room temperature
°Half a teaspoon of salt
°1 tablespoon ginger paste
°1 teaspoon minced garlic
°3 tablespoons of light soy sauce
°3 tablespoons water
°cup chopped white onion
° Green onion cubes, for garnish
*instructions:
rice:
In a large saucepan, add rice, salt and water
Stir until smooth
Bring it to a boil
When it comes to boiling, turn the heat down to low
Cook for 40 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
Take it off the fire and put it aside
For frying rice:
In a saucepan, add eggs and mix. Stir until fully cooked
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Add olive oil to a large skillet
Cut chicken breasts into cubes
Add it to the pot and fry it on all sides
Add ginger, garlic, onion and pepper
Simmer for 5 minutes until fully cooked and onions are soft
Add rice and water
Stir until well mixed
Add soy sauce and sesame oil and stir until combined
Add the cooked eggs and stir well
take off the fire
Garnished with chopped green onions
