This is a delicious and easy to prepare recipe, in just 10 minutes! This shrimp in lemon butter, fried in a skillet and served with zucchini spaghetti, is a real treat! With delicious zucchini and shrimp, this recipe is a healthy and complete meal. The aroma and flavor of lemon butter sauce is amazing on the palate! This recipe is so quick that you can make it for lunch, dinner, or even ahead of time.
*Ingredients for 4 people

°450gm medium sized raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
° 4 medium sized zucchini
° 15 ml olive oil
°120gm unsalted butter, cut into pieces
° 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
° 5 grams of Italian spices (basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, savory ...) - a pinch of red pepper
° juice of half a lemon
° 60 ml of chicken or vegetable broth
° Hot sauce to your taste (I used Sriracha sauce)
° Salt, freshly ground pepper to taste
° 30gm fresh chopped parsley
* How do I do
1. Washing also cutting ends of zucchini.
2. Using a spiral or julienne vegetable cutter, prepare the zucchini spaghetti. They kept it for later.
3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 60g of butter over medium heat.
4. Place the shrimp in the skillet in a single layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Let the shrimp cook for 1 minute without flipping it until the underside of the shrimp turns a light brown color.
6. Add chopped garlic, Italian seasoning mixture, red pepper and mix everything for 2 minutes.
7. Transfer the shrimp to a shallow dish.
8. In the same skillet, add the remaining 60g of butter, lemon juice, chicken (or vegetable) broth and hot sauce.
9. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring regularly.
10. Add the zucchini noodles and cook until soft, 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Note: If the sauce is too liquid, let it reduce slightly.
11. Add the grilled shrimp to the pot and stir again for a minute.
