* Ingredients:

°1-2 inches of fresh ginger root
°3 cups of pure water
° ½ fresh lemon juice
° Raw honey as desired

* Directions :

Pour 3 C filtered water to glass bowl. Finely grate fresh ginger in water with a grater for best results, then add lemon juice. Finally, add honey to taste and stir until dissolved. You can drink this mixture lukewarm or cooled. Drink it daily as a precaution or when you experience problems, drink several cups during the day to help relieve symptoms.
