* Ingredients :
° 8 mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch
° pepper
° salt
° 2 onions
° Fresh cream (minimum 20 cl)
° herbs
* Preparation:
Step 1
Potato peel. Cut the onions into quarters and the potatoes into pieces. Put everything back in a dutch oven.
The second step
Cover with water and cook over medium heat.
Step 3
When the potatoes are tender, add the flour (or cornstarch), herbs of your choice, and a good dose of fresh cream.
Step 4
Mix everything. Serve hot.
