Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna



Classic Philly Cheesesteak Lasagna. It has delicious layers of creamy cheese sauce, juicy steaks and delicious vegetables. It is the fans' pleasure!

* Ingredients:

° 16 ounces of lasagna noodles
° 2 pounds of shredded beef jerky, thinly sliced
° 1 large red pepper, sliced
° 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
° 1 large onion, sliced
° 1 p shredded-mozzarella-cheese
° 1/2 p grated-provolone-cheese
° 1/2 pound shredded white cheddar cheese
° 1/2 pound grated Monster cheese
° 1/4 pound Havarti cream cube
° 16 ounces ricotta
° 4 tablespoons salted butter
° 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
° 1 1/2 cups whole milk
° 8 oz mascarpone
° 3 medium sized eggs
° 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
° 2 teaspoons minced fresh or dried garlic
° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
° salt and pepper as needed

Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large saucepan, then heat it over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
Next, remove the steak from the pan, and add the pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook until translucent, then remove from skillet.
Combine steak, onion and pepper, then mix with minced garlic. Set to the side.
In a medium saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of salted butter, and melt over medium heat.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, stir, and leave for 2 minutes.
Then pour the milk and then add the mascarpone cheese.
Stir the ingredients, and now add the creamy havarti.
Stir the ingredients until all the sauce is creamy, everything is melted and creamy.
Reduce the heat to a low temperature.
Now cook the pasta until done.
Combine ricotta, eggs, 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, and Italian herbs.
Mix until well blended.
Mix all the remaining cheese.
Now it's time to put the ingredients!
Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly oiled 9 x 13 baking dish.
Add a layer of pasta, then the ricotta mixture, the cheese mixture, peppers, and onions, then the cheese sauce.

Flip with sauce, steak and cheese.

Baking in oven for 45 min .
Let it cool for 10 minutes before digging in.
