Strawberry-Jello-Lasagna



Strawberry Jelly Lasagna is a quick and easy no-bake dessert recipe for a delicious spring or summer lunch.Made with fresh strawberries, whipped cream and cream cheese filling, Golden Oreoscrust and a crisp strawberry filling, this strawberry lasagna is the ultimate no-bake dessert.     If you like super easy strawberry desserts, also check out the No-Bake Strawberry Lasagna and Strawberry Frozen Shortcake.

* Ingredients :

+ Crust and top layer:
48 golden Oreo cookies - whole crushed with garnish
cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ounce Frozen Dried Strawberry - coarsely crushed

+ Strawberry jelly filling:
32 ounces Sliced ​​fresh strawberries
1 pkg. (3 ounces) strawberry flavored gelatin (like Jell-O)

+ whipped cream:
3 cups heavy whipping cream
Half a cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

+ Cream cheese filling:
12 oz room temperature  cheese cream
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

* Directions :

First, making strawberry filling.Place the strawberry wedges in a large saucepan, sprinkle with dried strawberry jelly and stir gently with a rubber spatula to coat the strawberries evenly.Cook on medium or low heat about 24 min, stirring sweetly with spatula. Heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved in the strawberry juice (do not cook it too long or the strawberries will become mushy). Reserve in the fridge.

To make the crust, place the whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor and mix until you get small crumbs. Stir in the melted butter until the crumbs are smooth. Reserve 1 of the mixture for the garnish and press the remaining mixture into the bottom of a 9 "by 13" dish.Placing refrigerator 

To prepare the filling, start by mixing thick, cold whipping cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla until soft peaks form. Add ½ cup of powdered sugar and continue to mix until stiff peaks form. Sit sideways. You should get about 6 to 6 cups of whipped cream. You can replace the whipped cream with the cooled Cool Whip if you wish.

In a large bowl, soften the butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Mix the powdered sugar.Finally, add the prepared whipped cream.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour the strawberry filling over the cream cheese layer, smooth the surface and place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes (until the jelly is firm).

Spread remaining cream cheese filling over strawberry layer. Remove the top and refrigerate for 4 hours or preferably overnight.
To make the crisp strawberry filling, mix the preserved Oreo crumbs with the crushed dried strawberries well and sprinkle on top.Serving cold to refrigerator.Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 56 days. Enjoy !
