Crunchy-Taco-Cups πŸ˜‹



I don’t think I’ll find another taco recipe that I enjoy more than these wonton sandwiches.They are made up of two layers of crispy, spiced beef, aromatic tomatoes and juicy cheese - all in one perfect piece!

* You will need:

° 1 pound of lean ground beef, drained.
° 3 tsp taco seasoning.
° 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes / green peppers.
° 1 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese.
° 24 wonton wrappers.

* Preparation:  

In a bowl, combine the beef, tacos and tomatoes until smooth.
In a generously sprinkled standard-size muffin tin, line the wonton wrappers and place 1 tablespoon of the taco mixture into each one.
Cover taco mixture with 1 tablespoon cheese, then press down and top with a second layer of wonton rolls, taco mixture and cheese.
In a preheated 375°C oven, bake for 11 to 13 minutes and enjoy!
Easy, quiet and cheesy! You won't believe how good these taco cups are unless you take a bite! Give it a chance, you will love it.
